Police look for man who was smeared in blood in Cambridge

Waterloo Regional Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a suspicious person.
Police were called around 9pm Wednesday when a resident in the Clyde Road area of Cambridge spotted a man, smeared in blood, in their backyard.
WRPS Inspector Kevin Thaler tells 570 News the man was topless and wasn’t wearing any shoes.
He adds they are unsure if this person was involved in an altercation.
The man police are looking for is white with a skinny build and short dark hair.
