New details emerge about alleged gunman in Colorado theatre massacre

Colorado prosecutors claim in the spring of this year, the suspect in July’s Aurora movie theatre shooting told a classmate he wanted to kill people.
Prosecutors made the contention in a motion released Friday, as they continue to seek access to James Holmes’ records from the University of Colorado.
Holmes was a student of the neuroscience graduate program.
He is charged with killing 12 people and wounding 58 during the July 20 midnight showing of Batman’s The Dark Knight Returns.
