The Queen is going high-tech.
She winded down her Canadian tour with a visit to Waterloo Region to check out Research In Motion -- the company behind the BlackBerry.
RIM co-founder, Mike Lazaridis presented her with a personalized BlackBerry.
The high-tech gift included an image of children from Queen Elizabeth Public School in Kitchener, offering flowers, a traditional greeting for the monarch.
The Queen and Prince Philip arrived at the Region of Waterloo International Airport on time around 10:40 this morning and left around 12:15.
They toured RIM before jetting back to Toronto to pay a visit to Pinewood Toronto Studios, the largest film and T-V production facility in Canada.
The royal couple will then attend a dinner hosted by the federal government and the Queen will give her final speech of this tour.
