A major score for regional police after they responded to a disturbance call.
Around 1 in the morning on Sunday, Police responded to a 9-1-1 disturbance call that resulted in a male and female being treated in hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
However, during the course of the police investigation, 2 apartments were found to contain an active cannabis marijuana growing operation.
Police then seized equipment and over 300 marijuana plants in various stages of growth with an approximate street value of 309-thousand dollars.
Two adult males and one adult female, all Kitchener residents, have been charged with production of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
