Rosemary Smith has been presented with the Kitchener-Waterloo Citizen of the Year Award.
The Lions Club of Kitchener paid tribute to the CEO of the Kitchener and Waterloo Community Foundation last night.
Regional Chair Ken Seiling called Smith a community builder.
Kitchener Mayor Carl Zehr says she's intuitive.
Smith told the crowd its a gift to give to this community.
