It will be a busy day at Pearson International Airport as March Break madness gets underway.
The airport expects to process 98,000 passengers making today one of the busiest travel times of the year.
The airport typically handles about 84,000 passengers per day, but with many people opting to travel south for the break, those numbers will swell.
New security measures adopted in December for U.S. travel have officials asking that passengers learn the rules before heading to the airport. They say it will help make the check-in process easier.
And you may want to pack some patience along with the sunscreen and bathing suit as the airport braces for more than 500,000 passengers this March Break.
