Fire in Cambridge not being considered suspicious: Regional Police

A fire in Cambridge yesterday is not being considered suspicious by Regional Police.

They say police and Cambridge Fire Department officials responded to the blaze at a townhouse block on Dundas South yesterday around 5:00 p.m.

Much of the damage was central to one unit, and a damage amount is still being assessed.

The cause is still unknown and the investigation is ongoing.

The townhouse was under construction and nobody was in the building at the time.

There were no injuries.
