Cleanup efforts closed a major artery through Cambridge, after a tractor trailer lost a load of hay on Highway 8, Tuesday morning.
OPP say the 18-wheeler lost control on the overpass just before 10 a.m., spilling bales of hay all over the eastbound lanes.
As a result, the eastbound Highway 401 on-ramp from Highway 8 was shut down for several hours for a police investigation, cleanup, and repair to the concrete guide rail.
