Man air lifted to hospital after fall at Elora Gorge

An 18-year-old man from Grand Valley is recovering in hospital after a fall at the Elora Gorge.
Emergency crews were called to the scene around 6 p.m. on Sunday to help a man who fell into the Grand River from the gorge.
He was air lifted to a trauma centre with non-life threatening injuries.
Wellington County OPP say the victim fell about 40 feet to the ice shelf below and just missed ending up in the rushing water.
Police also handed a trespass ticket to the victim and two other males.
