Ayr woman charged with impaired driving following crash

A crash is North Dumfries Township resulted in an impaired driving charge for one woman from Ayr.
Regional Police say they received numerous calls after a mini-van collided with a pick-up on Northumberland Street near Cedar Creek.
Several drivers followed the mini-van into Ayr where police identified the driver.
One woman has been charged with impaired driving, fail to remain at the scene of a collision and erratic driving.
