Tim Horton’s workers sprayed in face during robbery in Waterloo

A jarring encounter for a pair of Tim Horton’s employees in Waterloo.

Police responded to a report of a robbery at the store on Northfield Drive just after 2 a.m. on Monday.

Police say the two staffers were sprayed in the face with what’s believed to have been mace or pepper spray.

Police are looking for a male who is about 5′ 8.”

Police say he was dressed all in black and wearing a balaclava over his face.
