Kitchener man wins $50,000

A very happy start to the holiday season for a Kitchener man, after he won $50,000 through OLG’s DAILY KENO draw.

Branko Ivanovic picked up his big cheque at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto on Wednesday, and says he shed a single tear when he realized he was a big winner.

Ivanovic is a local crane operator, and says he’ll use the money to help out friends, plan for the future, and of course – buy a brand new set of winter tires.

The winning ticket for the November 7th draw was purchased at the Circle K on Strasburg Road in Kitchener.
