One man sent to hospital after knifepoint robbery in Kitchener

One man was sent to has hospital after a knife was pulled in an attempted robbery in Kitchener last night.
It happened in the Fischer Hallman Road and Queen’s Boulevard area around 7:30 p.m..
Waterloo Regional Police say a number of men surrounded the victim and demanded his belongings.
The victim suffered several non-life threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.
Police are looking to speak with anyone who has information about the incident.
