Trick-or-Treat time could be wet

It’s arguably one of the most anticipated weather forecasts of the year: what’s it going to be like when the kids head out trick or treating?
As of this morning, the only thing that is clear is that it will be cloudy, cool and breezy this evening.
570’s Weather Specialist John Wilson says scattered showers are possible throughout the day and possibly this evening, but it’s too early to say how much rain we’ll get this evening and where it will rain.
He says early radar indicates there will be scattered showers, but they could be very widely spaced.
He says he’ll have a better idea this afternoon of what to expect tonight.
The temperature around trick or treat time will be around 4 degrees, but with winds of 20 to 40 kilometres per hour at times, it will feel cooler.
