Guelph Police take alleged drunk driver off the road

Police in Guelph took an alleged drunk driver off the street on Monday night.
An officer noticed a a black Jetta, driving erratically near an active construction zone in the Gordon and Water Street area around 11:30 p.m.
Police pulled the vehicle over. They say the driver failed a roadside screening test at the scene, then subsequent breath tests at the station.
A 49-year-old man from Burlington is facing charges.
