Guelph man airlifted to hospital after truck rollover in Brampton

A 37 year old Guelph man has been airlifted to hospital with critical injuries after a blown tire caused him to steer off the 407 and pulled him into a ditch, rolling his flat-bed truck.

It happened around 11:30 a.m on Tuesday morning, near the Hurontario off-ramp.

Police say the driver was trapped, and had to be rescued from the cab of the truck.

As a result, the 407 WB off-ramp to Hurontario in Brampton was closed for most of the early afternoon
