Impaired driver fails to move over, arrested on HWY 7/8

OPP say a traffic stop on a Kitchener highway led to numerous charges being laid against another driver.
They say it happened when officers were investigating an unrelated incident on Highway 7/8 early Sunday morning.
Police say their cruisers had their emergency lights on, and an incoming vehicle zipped by them without moving over.
Officers were able to track the car down, and say a 29-year-old Kitchener man has been charged with impaired driver and failure to move over.
