Police continue to investigate after car smashes into Cambridge home

Luckily no one was injured this afternoon after a vehicle smashed into a home on McNaughton Street in Cambridge.
Regional Police continue to investigate, but say the Cambridge driver may have had a medical issue at the time of the crash.
The male driver was taken to the hospital for an examination.
The homeowner tells 570 NEWS two of his daughters were inside at the time of the crash and were startled by a smashing sound. The family checked on dog immediately, which was hiding in backyard.
An inspector is working to check the home’s structural integrity. No word on a damage estimate at this time.
