Cambridge woman charged with stunt driving after crash on Water Street

Regional Police are investigating a two vehicle crash that happened Sunday night in Cambridge and as a result, have laid charges.

A silver Mazda driven by a 22 year-old Cambridge woman swerved into on-coming traffic before hitting a hydro pole on Water St. between Ainslie and Malcolm just before 9.

The collision sent four people to hospital with minor injuries, including the woman and a 34 year-old Etobicoke man driving the other vehicle that was hit.

As a result of the crash, the driver of the silver Mazda has been charged with several offences, including dangerous operation of a vehicle and stunt driving.

The crash is still under investigation.
