Highway 401 closure in Ingersoll this weekend

You may have a slow drive if you’re planning to go through Ingersoll on Highway 401 this weekend.
All eastbound and westbound lanes at Highway 19 are set to close Saturday night at 7 p.m, for the demolition of the Highway 19 bridge.
Traffic will be rerouted via the Highway 19 interchange ramps, with OPP assistance.
Highway 19 will also be fully closed to traffic between Clarke Road and Curry Road.
This bridge demolition is part of a project to make improvements to the Highway 401 and Highway 19 interchange, expected to be completed this fall.
All lanes will re-open Sunday morning at 11 a.m.
