High-risk child sex offender plans to live in Guelph

Guelph Police are out with a warning for parents as a child sex offender has been released from jail, and plans to live in the Royal City.

Police say 52-year-old James Porter Badour has a criminal history of committing sexual offences against young boys and girls, and is not allowed to communicate with anyone under the age of 16.

Badour will be monitored closely by Guelph Police and the Ministry of Corrections. Privacy laws prohibit police from giving out any other information, including where exactly Badour will be living in Guelph.
