Rangers take four skaters and goalie in first midget draft

The Ontario Hockey League held its first Under-18 Priority Selection on Wednesday night.
The draft is giving midget players, passed over in 2016, a second crack at the OHL.
Here are the players the Kitchener Rangers selected:
-Kobe Desmond (LW) of the Vaughan Kings was selected 12th overall
-At 32 overall, the Rangers went with Reece Bolton (RW) of the Carleton Place Canadians
-Jackson Norlock (D) of the Pembroke Lumber Kings was taken in the third round (52nd overall)
-At 72 (Round 4), the Rangers selected goalie Anthony Tremonte of the Niagara North Stars
-Kitchener’s fifth round pick (91st overall) was Ben Addison (D) of the Central Ontario Wolves
