Special weather statement: Up to 30 mm of rain expected

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Waterloo Region, Guelph and Wellington County.
The weather agency says rainfall amounts of 20 to 30 millimetres are likely.
A moisture laden Texas low is heading towards the Great Lakes, crossing Lake Huron and Georgian Bay into Central Ontario on Tuesday.
The rain is expected to end on Tuesday evening.
