Neighbourhood dispute in Guelph leads to charge

A dispute between neighbours in Guelph ends in charges.
Guelph Police say a man living in an apartment building on Westwood Road called police after he saw another person from the building walk over to his motorcycle and kick it over.
Damage to the motorcycle is estimated to be between $750 and $1,000.
19-year-old Jessie Knapp has been charged with mischief under $5,000 and will appear in court in May.
