Canada-wide warrant issued for offender known to frequent Toronto

OPP are asking for our help with tracking down a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad says 28-year-old Rowan Atkins is serving an over 5-year sentence for firearms charges, and is now wanted as a result of breaching his parole.
Atkins is described as black, around 6 feet tall, and 172 lbs– and is known to frequent the City of Toronto and York Region.
Anyone who spots Atkins or has any information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the R.O.P.E Squad at 416-808-5900, or call 911.
