Canada-wide warrant issued for man known to frequent Waterloo Region, Guelph

The OPP’S ROPE Squad is asking for our help in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of breach of parole.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement team is looking for a 32 year-old man named Matthew Barges.
Barges is described as white, 5’8′, 126 pounds, with a scar on his forehead.
He’s serving a two-year sentence for armed robbery, wearing a disguise with intent, possession of controlled substances, and a number of impaired driving charges.
OPP say the man is known to frequent Waterloo Region and Guelph.
Anyone with information is asked to call Provincial Police or CrimeStoppers.
