86-year-old man airlifted to trauma centre after crash on HWY 86

An 86-year-old man from Wellesley Township was airlifted to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a crash on Highway 86 near Wallenstein.
Regional Police say the crash happened Tuesday around 12:10 p.m. on Line 86 between Lavery Road and Side Road 19.
Police say a 23-year-old Richmond Hill man was driving westbound down Highway 86 when he collided with the Wellesley man’s vehicle.
The 86-year-old was airlifted to an out of town trauma centre with life-threatening injuries, and the Richmond Hill man and his passenger were treated on scene for minor injuries.
