Waterloo Regional Police will be visiting local convenience stores to work on minimizing the risk of potential robberies.
Officers will work with store owners and employees to educate them on how to reduce the risk of robbery after seeing a string of robberies throughout the region.
Police say they have investigated more than 10 variety store robberies since August.
The project will take place over the next four days.
