Three people face drug trafficking charges after bust in Woodstock

Three people face drug trafficking charges after a big drug bust in Woodstock.

Woodstock Police Service Criminal Intelligence/Drug Enforcement Unit seized crystal meth, cocaine, crack cocaine and money worth a combined $3,800.

Stolen property was also found valued at $4,000.

The investigation focused on the trafficking of crystal meth.

34-year-old Matthew Broughton of Woodstock, has been charged with Possession of Controlled Substances for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.

32-year-old Joel Weckworth, also of Woodstock, has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.

26-year-old Bethany Stewart of Hamilton, has been charged with Possession of Controlled Substances for the Purpose of Trafficking.
