Two men arrested in Hamilton following home invasion in Kitchener

Police are searching for a suspect after a home invasion in Kitchener.
It started early Tuesday morning after an armed robbery was reported at a home on Westwood Drive in Kitchener.
Regional Police informed OPP that the suspects were headed into the Hamilton area and officers put down a spike belt and disabled the suspect vehicle.
Two of the three men were caught after they ran in a nearby corn field, but Regional Police and a K-9 unit continue to search for the third man.
Police say there is no current threat to public safety but multiple schools in the Hamilton area were put in hold and secures as a precaution.
