11 arrested after search at two Guelph homes

Guelph Police have arrested 11 people in connection to a drug and stolen goods investigation.

They arrested the group around 7:00 Friday morning at two homes in the Ward.

Constable Mike Gatto tells 570 NEWS they are still at the home on Ferguson Street and Alice Street.

“We’re hauling out a fair bit of property, things like bicycles and bike parts.”

He says officers also found drugs and replica guns on the properties.

“[They face] various charges of everything from possession of stolen property, to various drug charges to various breaches.”

No road closures are in effect in the area.
