Guelph police searching for missing man

Guelph police are asking for our help finding a missing man.
Shinichi Sasaki is a 38-year-old Japanese/Canadian who was last seen by family on Monday September 19th, 2016.
On September 25th, he contacted a friend saying he was “going to stay in a bush somewhere,” he has not been seen or heard from since.
Sasaki suffers from depression, police and family are concerned for his well-being.
He is described as 5’9″, around 142 lbs, with short black hair, and brown eyes.
Sasaki has been known to use a black bike with green lettering around Guelph.
Police are asking anyone who might notice signs of someone living within trails or woods to give them a call at 519-824-1212 or to Det. Cst. Jeff Taylor at 519-824-1212 extension 7333.
