VIDEO: K-W Oktoberfest ‘Can’t Stop the Festing’

The 4 minute parody version of Justin Timberlake’s famous song “Can’t Stop the Feeling” is called “Can’t Stop the Festing.”
It features Police Chief Bryan Larkin busting a move or two and Waterloo Fire Chief Richard Hepditch break dancing with a few other firefighters. Chief Hepditch tells 570 News the break-dancing move was something spontaneous. “I can’t say that I’ve done that for 15 to 20 years, but that was always my go to. I’ve never been a great dancer and I’m still not but that was the only thing I really had if I was going to get into it and in the video.” Hepditch laughingly answered if he thinks he has better moves than Police Chief Larkin. “His infectious smile and the chicken dance is pretty amazing stuff to see. I wouldn’t say I have better moves but I’d love to dance with him some time and if we do ever dance I’m going to have to bring my best game.”
It also has none other than Miss Oktoberfest herself Holly Pearson shuffling along in her baby blue dirndl.
Multiple locations are featured liked Mel’s Diner, KW Oktoberfest’s official store, and WRPS Headquarters.
The countdown to Oktoberfest is on with 16 days left until the first official keg is tapped at Kitchener City Hall.
