Regional police believe a medical condition was a factor in a crash in Waterloo over the weekend.
Police say a 65-year-old woman lost control of the SUV she was driving at Erbsville and Leighland just before 11 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Police say the SUV hit a culvert and flipped, trapping the woman. Waterloo Fire were called to the scene to extricate her from the vehicle.
The woman was taken to the hospital with minor injuries but her vehicle was completely demolished.
Police say their investigation is ongoing.
