Vigil held Monday for toddler hit by vehicle in Waterloo

An 18-month-old boy, run over in his Waterloo townhouse complex parking lot late Sunday has been laid to rest.
Mohammed Abdalla was the youngest of 12 children.
A candlelight vigil was held at the complex on Monday night.
The man charged with criminal negligence also lives in the Amos Avenue complex.
Waterloo Regional Police say the 59-year-old has a court date in two weeks.
