Convicted killers of Tim Bosma plan to file for appeal

The men convicted in the death of Hamilton native Tim Bosma are reportedly planning on launching appeals.

Dellen Millard and Marck Smich were convicted of first degree murder on June 17th of this year.

Both men were given life sentences with no chance of parole for 25 years.

The defence has 30 days after their verdicts were read to file for an appeal.

Millard’s lawyer has confirmed his decision to appeal, and Smich has said he plans to follow suit.

Tim Bosma was killed in May of 2013 after taking the men for a test drive in his vehicle he was trying to sell, and his remains were later found in an incinerator on a North Dumfries farm.
