David Schill is an organizer with NHL idol and he says it’s a once in a lifetime experience.

“We select names out of a barrel from the first overall selection right through to number 34 and when we draw their name they come up on stage we give them an NHL hat and jersey and they become that NHL player.”

The game will be made up of thirty players and four goalies from the Waterloo Wolves, Minor
and Major Peewee House League Divisions.

You can head down to the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex at three o’clock and take part in the first stick tricks competition before the charity game.

All proceeds will be donated to Canadian Tire Jumpstart.
