Some ideas to help make Valentine’s day special

Love is in the air today throughout Waterloo Region.
If you plan to go out for Valentine’s Day, there are some restaurants that you can try.
Minto Schneider from Explore Waterloo Region tells us about some of the great spots in Waterloo Region.
“Everything from Langdon Hall to the Cambridge Mill, the new Berlin in downtown Kitchener to all the restaurants in Uptwon Waterloo, says Schneider. We have Taco Farm, the Red House and they are all offering specials on Valentine’s Day but it’s a good idea to make a reservation if you want to go do that.”
If that doesn’t tickle your fancy, then skating is a popular idea as well.
“The skating rink in front of Kitchener City Hall seems to busy every time, it doesn’t matter how warm or how cold it is, says Schneider. In front of Waterloo Square is really popular for skating too.”
Of course their is also some cheaper options to do during your day.
“A movie, or the Jazz Room, or Havana Night at The Museum and we’ve got all sorts of clubs throughout the region as well.”
There’s some ideas for Valentine’s Day but if Netflix and a pizza is more your style, then that’s always an option as well.
