Undefeated: Laurier’s Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at JDC Central

Laurier’s Lazaridis School of Business and Economics is once again the winner of the JDC Central Competition.

The contest is put on by the Canadian Association of Business students and the Lazaridis school beat out 13 other universities to take the top spot for the seventh year in a row.

In a release, dean Micheál Kelly said he is proud of all the students involved.

“They represented us as true leaders and showed the quality business education they’ve received at the Lazaridis School. With this much success already, I’m confident that the Lazaridis School has a promising year ahead.”

Four students from the university also participated in the Inter-Collegiate business competition at Queen’s Univeristy. Two of them placed second in ethics, while the other two were finalists in the accounting competition.
