Canadiens goalie Carey Price out another week with lower-body injury

BROSSARD, Que. – A lower-body injury will keep Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price out of the lineup this week.
The team confirmed the news on its official Twitter feed.

Coach Michel Therrien says while Price won’t play this week, he’s responding well to treatment.

Price suffered the injury in a 4-3 loss to the Edmonton Oilers on Oct. 29.

Rookie netminder Mike Condon has filled in for Price and Dustin Tokarski was recalled from AHL St. John’s to serve as a backup.

The Canadiens, who lead all NHL teams with 27 points, will next play at Pittsburgh on Wednesday night.
