4th Annual Waterloo Zombie Walk

Hundreds of zombies will be gathering in Waterloo Public Square this afternoon for the 4th Annual Waterloo Zombie Walk.
The ‘undead’ will join food trucks, classic cars, bands and the iconic Mitch Markowitz -the last remaining cast member of The Hilarious House of Frightenstein.
The event is also for a good cause, organizer Karen Andraza told 570 news that all proceeds from the day will go towards Nutrition for Learning.
“Nutrition for Learning basically provide breakfasts and lunches in schools where perhaps children can’t come to school with proper food.”
The fun starts at noon in Uptown Waterloo and although the more kid-friendly activities wrap up at 6 o’clock, some adult activities will continue into the evening until 10 PM.
