Oktoberfest Treasure Hunt kicks off

The annual Oktoberfest Treasure Hunt is officially underway.
The contest lets members of the community solve a trail of clues that will lead them to a hidden key somewhere in the K-W region. The highly coveted key opens King Ludwig’s treasure chest, which is worth $3,000.
To find the key, residents need to check out the daily clue given each weekday. The clue is given each morning on Country 106.7 and it also appears in that day’s Waterloo Region Record.
Previously released clues are displayed at participating sponsors’ locations.
Fill out a ballot at participating sponsor’s locations for daily $100 draws.
Winners will be announced on Country 106.7 and in The Record.
