It’s apparently easy being green after all.
Brace yourself. Kermit the Frog has moved on.
A photos of the Muppet with who appears to be be new girlfriend Denise has been released.
“The word is out: Kermit is seeing Denise … we’re bracing for Miss Piggy’s forthcoming wrath,” a tweet on the Muppets Twitter account read.
However, Kermit denied the report two hours later, tweeting that he does not have a girlfriend and he’s only dating.
“No woman – pig or otherwise – is my ‘new girlfriend,’” the tweet reads. Click here for a mobile-friendly link of the tweet.
It seems Miss Piggy has moved on too, though, with actor Liam Hemsworth.
Hemsworth posted a photo of himself and the pig, writing “spent Friday with the most beautiful girl in the world. Kermit, #SorryNotSorry.” Click here for a mobile-friendly link of the photo.
A tweet on Miss Piggy’s Twitter account also contained the same photo.
Kermit and Miss Piggy announced in August that they were ending their relationship after 40 years.
Miss Piggy and her ex will work together again on the ABC series The Muppets which premiers on City on Sept. 22.
