Official grand opening for new St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market building this morning

The St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market comes full circle today.
It’s the official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the facility, rebuilt in the aftermath of a devastating fire that gutted the main building.
That fire happened exactly two years ago tomorrow.
It caused $2-million dollars in damage.
No one was hurt.
The new market actually opened to the public earlier this summer, but today marks the official ceremony.
It gets underway at 8am and will feature a number of dignitaries, the ribbon cutting and a number of other special events.
