Regional Chair puts support behind Elizabeth Clarke to fill the vacant council seat

Regional Chair Ken Seiling has put his support behind Elizabeth Clarke to fill the vacant seat left by the late Wayne Wettlaufer.

Today’s Record reports, Seiling feels Clarke is best for Regional Council because she ran for election and came fairly close.

Council has been looking to fill the seat ever since the late Wayne Wettlaufer passed away.

Councillors are expected to make a decision on how to fill the seat when they meet this week.
