Crash near Woodstock closes HWY 401 ramp this morning

A HWY 401 off-ramp was closed for around 5 hours this morning due to a single vehicle crash.
The 401 EB ramp onto HWY 2 was closed near Woodstock as a tractor trailer was removed from the ditch.
54-year-old Aziz Al Mousawi has been charged with careless driving.
