Sentencing is scheduled today for a Cambridge man who pleaded guilty to the stabbing of his brother last January at their Hilltop Drive apartment.
Court heard today 54 year old Lynn Maclean was drunk when he stabbed his brother, 61 year old Ronald Domonsky multiple times in the stomach with a butcher’s knife in late January.
CTV reports Maclean told court he had been drinking the day of the incident. His brother, who was also drunk had returned home later that day when the two got into an argument that lasted several hours.
Maclean says he grabbed the butchers knife after his brother called him a loser and an alcoholic.
Victim impact statements were read by Maclean’s ex-wife and his mother.
