Winter storm warning in effect. Significant amount of snow expected

Environment Canada has issued a winter storm warning for Waterloo Region, Guelph and Wellington County.
A statement from the weather agency says “areas south of a line from Sarnia towards Hamilton, total snowfall amounts of 20 to 30 cm are likely, with the highest amounts near the Great Lakes. North of this line from Huron – Perth towards the Greater Toronto Area, total amounts will likely be near 15 cm.”
Strong winds are expected Sunday afternoon and evening and generate wind chill values around minus 25 overnight and into Monday morning.
