Man approaches and tries to kiss woman in Kitchener

Waterloo Regional Police are looking for a suspect following a strange incident in Kitchener.
Police say a woman was walking on Talbot Street near Patricia Avenue around 7pm Thursday when she was approached by a man who tried to kiss her.
Police say the woman managed to get away and was not hurt.
Police say the man was walking a black Doberman.
He’s described as black, in his mid 20’s, 5’8 – 5’9 tall, with a beard.
He was wearing jeans, a brown toque and a brown winter jacket with fur around the hood.
