Teen dies following weekend crash northwest of Guelph

A teenager has died in hospital after a weekend crash northwest of Guelph.

OPP say the 17-year-old boy was rushed to a Toronto hospital with life-threatening injuries after colliding with another vehicle Sunday night in Mapleton Township.

An 18-year-old and 15-year-old in the second vehicle were also taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
